Tedd Baker has enjoyed teaching Masterclasses, Group Lessons, and Private Lessons for over 10 years. Tedd has taught many individuals on a variety of instruments from professionals to beginners and has coached numerous jazz combos.

Tedd also has experience in many Jazz Talks and informal Jazz Mini Concerts to elementary aged students through college aged students, to various ages at community art centers, hospitals, and nursing homes.

Before moving to Washington DC, Tedd was a Jazz Woodwinds Instructor at S.U.N.Y., New Paltz (State Univ. of New York), and taught in numerous schools in the Northeast. Tedd has presented Masterclasses to college woodwind department majors, college and professional sax sections, jazz combos, and full big bands. Some music programs have used Tedd Baker as Guest Artist in their performances.

As a member of the Airmen of Note, Tedd has also been a part of many jazz educational outreaches to various schools in the Washington DC area, and many masterclasses across the country while on tour.
